The forgiveness workshop focuses on understanding what forgiveness is and what it is not and the role inner child plays in adult decisions. It looks closely at the social, physical, and spiritual benefits of acceptance and forgiveness. Participants acquire practical tools for the process of forgiving self and others.
This workshop is ideal for those who have experienced abuse and rejection in their personal and/or professional lives, for those who have hurt someone they care about, for those who are providing care for a dying loved one, and for those who have been so deeply hurt that they think forgiveness is not an option.

PRACTICING FORGIVENESS: AN EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP FOR DISCOVERING PEACE OF MIND
PRACTICING FORGIVENESS: AN EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP FOR DISCOVERING PEACE OF MIND
The more effort one puts into understanding others, the more one understands. The brain loves patterns, and especially people patterns (i.e. stereotypes), to make quick judgments and reactions about people who are "different". But are we really that different?
This workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to peel back generational layers of ethnic and cultural fear, guilt, shame and denial. It examines privilege and oppression, stereotypes and prejudices, the heard and the unheard.
The process of self care and healing is long overdue. It's time to roll up our sleeves and learn to coexist. Too many lives depend on it.
